EvaluMation, LLC is an Alliance Partner with National Instruments, the creators of LabVIEW and TestStand, and is one of the few consulting companies in the United States that employs a Certified Architect for both LabVIEW and TestStand.

EvaluMation, LLC has extensive experience developing test software solutions using LabVIEW, or a combination of LabVIEW and TestStand. Both National Instruments’ packages are used to automate the product evaluation process, generate test reports, and provide database logging.

LabVIEW Software Solutions:

LabVIEW test software is a low to medium cost solution that automates the product evaluation process, significantly decreasing test times and increasing process through-put. LabVIEW is ideal for developing a single application to test a single product type. LabVIEW is also ideal for the automation of prototype validation and the implementation of product debugging and diagnostic tools.

All data accumulated by the test software can be collected in a database to generate test reports. The test reports contain useful information to quality engineers and manufacturing engineers and ensure their processes meet your company’s standards. LabVIEW and TestStand Software Solutions:

LabVIEW and TestStand used together allows for better expandability when implementing test solutions for multiple products as part of a long-term solution. By fully utilizing TestStand, a common Graphical User Interface (GUI) combined with common software routines can easily be shared by multiple test solutions for multiple products. TestStand is typically a higher-cost solution due to the complexity of implantation, however, saves money long-term by decreasing test development times.
