EvaluMation, LLC has experience designing and implementing tools used to assist design engineers in the evaluation and qualification of product prototyes. A graphical user interface is provided to control inputs and monitor outputs of the product prototype.  Depending on the design of the product, communication protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, CAN, RS232, USB can be utilized to communicate with the device.  The result is a software environment where design engineers or technicans can setup various tests to qulify and asses the design of prototyped devices.

Automated tests can be added to the design and assist design engineers with repetitive testing, and the results can be collected and stored in a database or in reports for documentation and further analysis.

EvaluMation, LLC is experienced at developing software that can be reused.  In this case, software developed to test prototypes can then be utilized to ensure product quality during large scale production.   Integration into the large scale manufactureing environment can be implemented by EvaluMation, LLC or test engineers employed by the customer.
