Test FixtureEvaluMation, LLC has experience designing reliable and maintainable test fixtures. We design all electronics within the fixture (PCBs, cables, etc.). EvaluMation, LLC has experience desinging all different types of test fixtures including pogo-pin fixtures where pogo-pins are used to interface with test points on the device under test (DUT), pneumatic fixtures where pneumatics are used to make physical connection to the DUT, and even RF probe type fixtures where RF probes are used to probe test points trhoughout the chain of RF components on a DUT.

EvaluMation, LLC works with approved and reliable vendors to design the mechanical components of the fixture.  We have developed fixtures that work with mass interconnect systems such as those provided by Vriginia Panel Corporation.  Our Manufacturing partner builds-to-order all electronic components and final assembly. With our network of vendors and our experience and expertise in test fixture design and implementation, our customers are provided a high-quality, custom test fixture solution.

Test StationEvaluMation, LLC is experienced with designing and building complex test stations optimized to decrease test times, and increase manufacturing through-put; decreasing costs and increasing resources.  We have experience developing and implementing test stations with measurement equipment of various types including PXI, GPIB, RS232, USB, TCP/IP, and LXI.

We have experience in optimizing the test station by selecting the best test equipment available.  This often means designing what is called the hybrid test station, which utilizes a mixture of measurement equipment such as PXI and LXI equipment.  For example, a PXI digitial oscilliscope may be faster than a stand alone GPIB oscilliscope, while a LXI spectrum analyzer my be able to reach frequiences that a PXI spectrum analyzer cannot.  It would be best to deploy both a means to control the PXI equipment as well as the LXI equipment, thus creating the need for a hybrid test station.

EvaluMaiton, LLC has experience with utilizing mass interconnect systems such as those provided by Virginia Panel Corporation.  This mass interconnect system allows multiple test fixtures to connect to the test station.  This way different products can be easily tested with the same test bench. This minimizes the down time for the bench.

Visit our Test Software section to see how EvaluMation, LLC can develop automated test software to optimize the utilizaiton of the measuremet equipment on a test station.
